Rhoads Industries’ Industrial Services Division (“IS”) has a new home. The combination of growth within the IS division as well as the increased need for space at Building 57 for Navy related work necessitated the need to find a stand alone home for IS.
10081 Sandmeyer Lane is now the new location for Industrial Services, effective September of this year. The new space includes a total of 11,000 sf, with a loading dock and a number of roll up doors providing easy access, as well as night time parking for the group’s trucks. Coincidentally, this property sits almost directly across the street from Rhoads’ former headquarters building (built circa 1980).
Lead by Manager Gregg Uliano, IS provides millwright, process piping, welding and custom fabrication services to manufactures and processors across the region.
