Dan Rhoads
CEO / Owner
Dan Rhoads | CEO / Owner
Dan represents the 4th generation of family ownership at Rhoads, responsible for leading all aspects of the company. Dan has guided the company in the transition from performing industrial maintenance and custom fabrication at local industrial facilities in Northeast Philadelphia to expanding into maritime operations, large fabrication and assembly, and high-end quality work centered at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. He has built a strong team, developed partnerships with large defense contractors and acquired world-class large manufacturing facilities and a dry dock at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Mr. Rhoads started in 1982 and brings over 35 years of experience to the company. Prior to joining Rhoads, he served as an Accountant at the big eight accounting firm Touche Ross & Co.

He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting. Mr. Rhoads then received a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University.
Mike Rhoads
President/Owner
Mike Rhoads | President/Owner
Mike represents the 5th generation of family participation at Rhoads, responsible for relationships with key teaming partners, coordination of Rhoads’ Building 57 renovations, and getting mentored in all aspects of the Rhoads operations.
- Coordinates with consultants, engineers, and customers on operational, engineering, and business development projects
- Works on engineering, strategy, financing, and schedule with the construction team for the renovations of Rhoads’ Building 57 manufacturing facility
- Manages business development activities for the expansion of new programs at Building 57
Mr. Rhoads started with Rhoads in 2015. Prior to joining Rhoads, he served as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting. He also interned for 2 summers at Clark Construction in project management for construction projects at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and City Market at O Street in Washington D.C. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Business.
Kimberly Buchinsky

Kimberly Buchinsky | Chief Compliance Officer
Background:
Ms. Buchinsky is currently responsible for management and oversight for all compliance departments which includes Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, Information Technology, Contracts and Legal/Risk Management and is also the acting Facility Security Officer. She began her career with a Philadelphia area law firm as an associate gaining experience in various corporate/business law matters before joining Rhoads in 2009. Since assuming the role of Chief Compliance Officer in 2016, Ms. Buchinsky has extensively expanded Rhoads’ Quality and Contracts departments, created the Material Control department, and achieved Rhoads’ confidential facility clearance status in order to respond to Rhoads’ expanding Department of Defense customers’ needs.

Bill Fell

Bill is the Chief Financial Officer at Rhoads. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting
Mr. Fell brings 25 years of experience to the company. Prior to joining Rhoads, he served in various Accounting/Financial roles, beginning his career at Ernst & Young LLP as a staff auditor and since then, working as a senior accountant, Accounting Manager, Director of Forecasting & Financial Systems, and Controller at various public companies. The following are some selected accomplishments:
- Maritrans Inc., Philadelphia, PA – Accounting lead in various upgrades to Oracle ERP system. Development & Management of Rolling 5 Quarter Financial Forecast Process
- ABB Inc. – Instrumentation Division, Warminster, PA – Coordinated site efforts to transition G/L and A/P processes to SAP ERP system and ABB Shared Services facility. Created and coordinated documentation of business processes for Section 404 of Sarbanes Oxley. Revised Sales Incentive Program to more closely align with organizational goals

John Roros

John Roros | Senior Vice President of Operations
John Roros is the Senior Vice President of Operations – DOD Programs at Rhoads Industries. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight and execution of all Department of Defense programs, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Prior to joining Rhoads, Mr. Roros had a distinguished career in naval engineering and program management. He served in key positions, including Vice President of East Coast Operations at Trident Maritime Systems and Program Manager for VIRGINIA Class Submarines and US-UK Technology Exchange. Mr. Roros also served as Technical Project Officer for the COLUMBIA Class submarine propulsion plant and managed the Naval Reactors Idaho Branch Office. He retired as a Commander in 2013 after a successful career as an Engineering Duty Officer. He has received several prestigious awards:

John is the Operations Finance Manager at Rhoads, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire project life cycle as well as overseeing timely and accurate reporting.
Mr. Seiner has over 25 years of leadership and experience in financial management and reporting, staff supervision, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, cash management and human resource.
Prior to joining Rhoads he served as Chief Financial Officer for 11 years at Northeast Building Products and Controller/Marketing Manager at Kleerdex Company for 10 years.
He graduated from Widener University with a B.S in Accounting.

Randy McCullough

Randy is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Rhoads, responsible for all functions of human resources including recruitment, employee/labor relations, organizational development and training.
Mr. McCullough has more than 30 years’ of leadership in the areas of Human Capital, Training and Operations experience working in the Financial, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Transportation and the Renewable Energy Industry.
His experience includes companies such as Acme Markets, Inc.; The Vanguard Group; M.A. B. Paints; Campbell’s (Godiva) and Gamesa Technology. Prior to joining Rhoads, he served as Vice President Human Resources & Administration at Gamesa Technology.

Steve W. Catherman CWI

Steve Catherman has over 40 years’ experience in the Metal Fabrication and Welding Industries for commercial and Department of Defense projects. Steve has been with Rhoads Industries for 27 years holding a variety of key operational and management positions, including various aggressive training programs that are in place today. Steve and his dedicated team have developed an intensive full-time training of upskilling experienced welding professionals and created an in-house apprenticeship program to prepare and meet the demand for welders for the Build Submarine Mission. Rhoads successfully hired over 100+ welders in 2023 and are targeting another 100 hires in 2024 – filling a key role for the US Navy submarine program.
Through active engagement in the US Navy workforce programing, Steve and his team have formed relationships with local welding institutions including high school vocational and technical welding education programs, post-secondary, and collage level programs. Additionally, Rhoads focused on pulling experienced welders from the Welding industry to hit critical training targets to reach key personnel critical to BuildSubmarines.com. Rhoads Industries’ continued expansion this year includes a new training center set to open in April, expanding our training capacity and preparing welders for this critical mission!

Gregg Uliano

Gregg is a Project Manager with the Industrial Service Division, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Industrial Service projects from inception to close out.

Mr. Uliano brings 34 years of general and mechanical construction experience to the company.
Prior to joining Rhoads in 2003, he worked in a family general construction business and had his own shop for a combined 19 years. Gregg has managed a vast array of projects ranging from smaller service work to seven figure plus large capital projects.
Gregg attended Temple University and completed course work in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology.

Bill North

Bill is the Director of Business Development at Rhoads, responsible for overseeing the Field Service work that we provide our manufacturing and industrial processing customers. Bill also is actively involved in the sales/marketing activities for both Industrial Services, as well as the Large Fabrication activities of the company. Mr. North brings 35 years of experience to the company. Prior to joining Rhoads, he served as Market Executive at First Niagara.

Janice Gibbon
Operations Support Manager
Janice Gibbon | Operations Support Manager
Janice is the Manager of the Operations Support group at Rhoads, responsible for all aspects of purchasing, receiving, and project reporting and support. In addition, she is responsible for leading company-wide process improvement efforts as well as the development and enhancement of the ERP system capabilities including system standardization, project costing, controls, and reporting efforts. Ms. Gibbon brings 25 years of experience to the company. Prior to joining Rhoads, she served as Director of Business Planning and Analysis at Advertising Specialty Institute. She has extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Throughout her career, she has regularly served as liaison between finance and information technology departments on multiple system implementations. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame.

Aaron Lopez
Controller
Aaron Lopez | Controller
Aaron is responsible for overseeing the financial close process and preparing accurate and timely financial statements. He is also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting duties, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
He brings over 10 years of experience from various industries. Prior to joining Rhoads, he was the Controller at a bakery manufacturing company where he successfully led a several hundred million dollar sale of the company from private equity to a European corporation. Prior to that he was the Controller at a specialty chemical manufacturer. Prior to that he was the accounting manager at a mining and manufacturing company. Aaron began his career in public accounting where he performed construction and governmental audits, as well as tax preparation.
He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Accounting, and earned an MBA from Temple University.
