Operating out of our nearly 16,000 sq. ft. facility in N.E. Philadelphia, we are fully staffed and equipped to Deliver a comprehensive range of services. Our team supports large commercial and industrial manufacturing facilities, provides domestic and foreign OEM support, and fulfills specific needs for Commercial and U.S. Navy ship projects nationwide.

- Equipment Rigging & Installations: Precision setting and alignment of new equipment and related support systems.

Our team of certified millwrights and pipefitter-welder mechanics works alongside dedicated Project Management, Estimating, and Safety Teams to ensure customer satisfaction, professionalism, and safety. Furthermore, we provide turnkey solutions by integrating additional resources for engineering, custom structural, and piping fabrication, electrical, and civil project-based requirements. Our Workforce
Our strength lies in our people, driven by a commitment to excellence and a diverse, skilled workforce. As one of the largest employers of millwrights in the Eastern U.S., we maintain rigorous training standards, starting with a formal four-year apprenticeship program for our millwrights, who gain hands-on experience alongside seasoned professionals. This training emphasizes precision equipment setting using advanced GPS and laser technologies, keeping Rhoads Industrial Services at the
forefront of manufacturing support.
In addition to our millwrights, our highly trained welders, fabricators and pipefitters excel in various industries, supported by an in-house welding apprenticeship program and Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs). Our office staff, project managers, and estimators thrive on promoting from within and attracting top talent, enhanced by our partnership with Drexel University, which cultivates a pipeline of bright young minds into permanent positions.

- Quality Certifications: Our facilities and teams maintain ISO 9001 quality compliance and meet ASME (U & R Stamps, B31.1), AWS D1.1, AWS D18.1, and ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) standards.
- Maritime & Defense Standards: We operate under strict NAVSEA and Mil-Spec certifications to execute complex U.S. Navy ship projects.
- Safety Metrics: We proactively monitor our EMR (Experience Modification Rate) and track continuous leading indicators to ensure our field performance aligns with our strict safety culture
- Field Compliance: Every trade professional on our team undergoes rigorous safety onboarding, including mandatory OSHA 10 & 30 certification and site- or task-specific hazard training.
