Founded in 1914, Tasty Baking finally decided it needed a modern home in 2009 and as a result made the decision to move all bakery operations from their long-time facility in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia to a state of the art bakery at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. To create a brand new, modern plant, the company was going to need to rely on someone that knew the industry and the equipment to be installed. Hitting their delivery deadline for production at the Navy Yard was critical, as was the successful instillation of key equipment and machinery.
