Philadelphia, PA, October 13, 2023 – Rhoads Industries was jointly awarded a $190.9 million contract to outfit and install small-to-large-scale test sites at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).
The contract is a cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity agreement for engineering and technical services primarily performed on-site at the NSWCPD in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Additional work will be carried out at various government sites and off-site at the facilities of the respective contractors.

The NSWCPD will assign task orders for Rhoads, with work expected to be completed by October 2029. NSWCPD, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting authority overseeing this contract.
