Piping-Process / Utility / Sanitary: Our ASME certified welders hold a variety of required certifications in GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW. Our welders are independently tested and certified through outside Certified Welding Inspectors and NDE (X-Ray) labs. Our expertise ranges from the welding of 36" diameter stainless steel piping for the paper industry to small bore piping on site. We also have complete off-site pipe fabrication in our shops, allowing for more productivity and fewer billable man hours at project's end. Our welders possess the range of experience to accommodate most customer requests. Orbital welding is a widely requested service, most notably in the pharmaceutical and food production industries. We possess two mobile orbital welding outfits which enables us to perform both on-site install and emergency repairs.
