With state-of-the-art facilities, our in-house industrial fabrication expertise provides quick turnaround for the most complex fabrication needs. We work with carbon, alloy, stainless steel and exotic materials to produce a wide range of fabrications like boilers, water and waste treatment containers, storage tanks, silos, code vessels, material handling weldments, catwalks, platforms and more.
Installation, Removal, Rigging, and Precision Alignment
The largest employer of millwrights in the region, we get your installation jobs done right. Our experienced crews maintain superior training, quality workmanship, professionalism, high safety standards and leverage our advanced equipment to complete any millwright task. From the installation of a complete biofuels plant, to precision alignment of large drive assemblies, we take on any challenge.
Maintenance
An established leader in industrial maintenance services, we understand the importance of keeping your business running. That is why our skilled tradesmen remain on call 24/7 to provide a broad range of emergency services. Whether your service needs are long or short-term, emergency or scheduled, time and material or fixed fee, our competitive rates will keep your operations running at a reasonable cost.
Piping
Our piping group consists of project managers, skilled pipe fitters and certified welders, with a CWI, to meet the needs of industry. We handle small to large projects, maintenance service and shut-downs as well as fabricated skid assemblies. Our facilities allow us to prefabricate spools and assemblies in-house, allowing for easy field installation. We also handle ASME vessel repair and new construction with our R and U stamp endorsements. We handle utility piping including steam, condensate, glycol, water and specialties with carbon steel and stainless steel and other material. Process piping is performed using schedule pipe, stainless steel, carbon steel and stainless steel sanitary tube. We possess a large amount of WPSs on file to meet a company’s specific weld requirements.
Painting
Our 16,000 square feet of paint and blast facility allows us to meet or exceed all NACE and SSPC standards. We can handle any size job from finishing small parts to large industrial equipment (up to 20 tons). Our large booth capacity (47’x23’x47’ and 20’x20’x20’) allows us to provide a quick turnaround on a variety of jobs from structural steel (DOT and DOD), weldments, castings and tanks (interior and exterior) to industrial equipment, piping, pumps and frame assemblies. We also provide our blast (steel grit and non-metallic), painting and lining services at the customer’s site when needed.
Project & Contract Management
Our project managers make every project’s goals their own, using our experience and skills to bring the team together and keep all stakeholders informed and updated. We view projects in their entirety, but also focus on the small but crucial details which are essential to success. We break complex, independent activities into sub-tasks that are fully documented, monitored and controlled. All of the above is applied effectively to a variety of project types including; shutdowns, complex assemblies, large fabrication, plant relocations, on site installations and maintenance services.
